Yes, it's easier, but there is limitations, e.g. the userbase, so I would better invest time in mastering single social network but one of largest ones.

Depends on scale, for me - yes, it was worth it, I wouldnt be able to produce same results using browser automation.

For anyone who wants their setup to support new http/3 protocol that large grands like google and instagram is already using. It will be very easy to detect your automation if it does not support newest features that regular browsers and devices supports.

Depends on social and if they care you are using them. They are easy to detect and pretty hard to hide.
 
Thanks alot for the info! I am curious, would you say a mismatch between tcp/ip stack os fingerprint and actual OS is a problem? Did you change it yourself?

This is a strange summer, last two months been working on friend's project to help him to run a large Instagram phone farm and resolve connectivity problems they have because recently Instagram is switching to http/3 which means there is need for UDP support within proxies.

I wanted to go more in detail but decided not to because this business isn't mine for what I build this and I value NDA, even if we haven't had any.

To those who are interested in how to connect phones to proxies the right way, I can give a few hints:
1. You will need to connect the phone as USB accessory using AOA
2. Write software that will receive packets on PC side and forward them to local interface
3. Make custom APK that will create a VPN connection on the phone and route packets through accessory connection
4. For both above I've used tun devices which is created on PC and then phone is routed through it
5. Then you can use iptables to catch the traffic and route it where you want on demand
6. As this is raw traffic, there is no proxy "client", you will need something that is capable to translate network packets and their destinations which is tricky in case of UDP. For this I use gost tunnel.
7. Then, finally, the tunnel between host PC and the proxy phones/dongles must be done with something that would support UDP, for this my choice was shadowsocks.

There are other workarounds, e.g. you can use OTG cables to connect phones directly to network switch but then you will need to rape them to remove batteries, etc. My setup uses usb cables which makes things easy. Till batteries will start to blow up. But thats a problem for another day.

If you dont have a lot of devices, you can then use wifi and then use for example android shadowsocks client to make connections over the proxies.

To see if your setup supports UDP you can check these two links:

2. https://browserleaks.com/ip ( under webrtc section public ip must match)

TL;DR: Expect this shit to be complicated.

My proxies now supports QUIC and UDP which is cool. Have around 300 spare modems now that I will install next week to start scaling my affiliate stuff to a different level because current numbers are just joke of what I already should see.

Proxy business still is going but I'm starting to get pissed about it, it's complicated, it's stressful and time consuming and Im starting to get annoyed by clients, they have cashflow problems and whatnot. I would earn so much more if I would monetize the dongles myself.

As it was intended at the beginning. I dont know how I placed myself again in a position where I work with a client when I promised myself never ever to do that again.

Anyhow, the biggest milestone - I started to hire back my team.

Same amazing people I spent a decade to find and hire and then lost due to bancrypcy of my previous business.

Finally I expect to have some more free time and abilities to delegate tasks and engineering processes to someone else.

My goal right now would be to delegate prototypes I've created but never started to use to engineers or developers that would move them in a production-ready state.

How can I know if it's necessary?
 
Great Journey. Did you tried any VPN management platform like Netbird or Tailscale? I build small proxy pool by myself and it was the easiest solution. All of residential proxies had close port so you can use server IP and connect each devices through DNS.

That's not what he is saying.

What he is saying is that h2 was basically a hack to make h1 faster by using multiplex and the people that developed that technology were basically at Google. Now the Google guys say, hey let's relearn all the the old ancient tech that we were using and switch over to a more commonly battle tested protocol other than tcp for the next version, in other words, let's start using udp.

So what @lucky.sparks is doing is going down to the nuts and bolts and hacking together a home-made tool to manipulate the udp datagrams because there aren't any publicly well known http3 libraries that work for him.


In reality everything that he is doing sounds relatively easy to understand, but the implementation is going to be hell with a shit load of trouble shooting.

Some people say its important, some dont. Personally I think its not important because every time you connect to some random wifi routers or whatnot, your tcp stack will be different, so by checking it it would give too many false positives.

You are right, both accounts you quoted are from the same person/acc farm, we can open their post feed and search for keyword "Noipfraud", both accounts comments on same threads, with same or similar content.

When you catch accounts like these - hit report button under their posts or on profile, just be sure to include proof and as much as information you can so mods can link them.
