Help With Amazon regristration

I'm new to this forum so please forgive me if this is in the wrong place of if this question has been answered. I got some new tools and want to work with amazon because they have a huge variety of items to sell.

The problem is that Amazon doesn't approve affiliates from Colorado,Rhode Island or North Carolina US.

Is there a way around this other than have a family member from another state create an account?

I don't know how you would do that.

But, have you considered some of the other affiliate sites such as commission junction? I know you don't have all the advantages you get by being an affiliate for Amazon, but you might be surprised at what is offered.

Yeah I got an account at CJ but the new tools I got specifically work with Amazon. But them before I knew I would be denied acceptance in Amazon

The best option might be to create a corporation in Nevada, just Google Nevada corporation or incorporation and you can see the costs.

1. Email Amazon and ask if they have any suggestions. Tell them you understand that it is maybe because of you state's laws, and you're wondering whether they might suggest you a workaround.
2. Incorporate in a different state
3. Use my account so I get all the money OK, maybe this one doesn't sound too good for you, but hey, it's worth a try.

I have the same problem. Live in Colorado.

I am thinking of doing an LLC in Wyoming. Has any body done something like this and have any suggestions?
