Nope Im alsp Vultr. However, I think I do have support. The box on the right saying "need a hand?".
Am I missing something?

I have that box on the right too....but when I click on it nothing happens.

Yes I did, and its the same as it was before. If I click on technical help it'll ask about the issue and start the live chat.

Oh mate, it could be your browser plugin blocking the popup or JS, etc..

Try it in private mode. Btw I'm using brave browser.
