I've looked around various services and found that the price of PBN ranges from $1 to $10, while guest posting ranges from $50 to $450.
Because guest posting is expensive, I only ordered services like web2.0 and PBN.
Is the effect of guest posting good enough to justify the higher price?
Or, if I order services in the same price range, is PBN better?

In general guests posts are better.

But you need to buy a guest post from a reputable source, a nice website with good metrics.

If you are going to buy a guest post from a garbage website, a PBN is better

A PBN link costing $1-$20 is not going to do anything for your rankings, you are unfortunately wasting your money. A lot of the guest posts you might find are also not worth their cost, as they have zero to little power. You need find guest posts from niche sites with decent traffic. Or you need to buy PBN links from really top quality networks.

Both PBN and Guest Posts are important to build your website. You have to choose wisely which is needed for your webiste..

Both are Good !
Like If you want to increase your Traffic you can choose Guest Post and to increase your authority you can choose PBNs But

According to me I would suggest you to Build high authority Guest Post to rank your site better..

Don't be fooled. For you MS that is going to be worthless. Those cheap PBN are only worth for very specific scenarios, with tiering in mind.

There is no better or worse.

A link from a HQ PBN can be more controlled and pass more link juice to your page as there are only a few outbound links on the whole site. However costs can add up if you plan on keeping the link for a long time.

Guest post stays there forever in most cases (unless the owner doesn't delete it or the site shuts down) and is in most cases less impactful than a HQ PBN unless of course it's from a top tier high authority site such as BBC or NY times.

Both have their advantages depending on what page you are trying to rank and what keywords you're targeting.

Guest posts are better any day any time (compared to PBN links).

Guest posting is generally more effective and safer than using PBNs due to high-quality backlinks and targeted audience exposure.

some times pbn are useless. guest post is much better.

It depends what you want in return with results. generally niche specific guest post works the best but if it's already ranking on low comp keywords quality pbn may work but you will not go far with pbns.

It depends. If you have your own PBN that has a good link profile, then it will be a lot more effective, why? because you can choose to ONLY link to your money site, and that too, from the home page. This is going to give you a lot more power than buying guest posts on an orphan page (even if it is on a good site). But Guest Posts if done well, are the legit (right way) of building links. This is how you get powerful legitimate links that you do not have to hide or be shady about, as long as you keep them natural. But compared to a strong link from the home page of a PBN, their link power is not the same.

Both have their use cases, but the issue with PBNs is that those links are not natural. No webmaster in their right mind would link out to from their homepage, unless they are obvious link sellers that will do it for a high fee. Another thing with PBNs is that if you are building a site that you want to flip, you really don't want PBNs powering it up since the buyer would be hesitant to purchase it, and this is going to drive the value down.

Now if you go to the BHW Marketplace, I would advise you proceed with extreme caution. Almost everyone here sells garbage links. If you're buying a guest post or a niche edit, and the seller does not let you choose the sites beforehand, then it is a big no, run away. If they show you the sites, make sure to vet them properly, they are often selling $30 links for $100 here, these are links from sites that will sell to anyone, they're just guest post farms that should be avoided at all costs.

If you're buying PBN links, the only way to get something worthwhile is monthly rentals, since the seller has an incentive to maintain the network (monthly on-going payments). One off links are not going to do you good since they will be whored out to a maximum number of buyers with no incentive for the seller to maintain the network. After a while, the domain will just expire and the seller is going to move forward with a new domain to sell more links, and the process keeps repeating it self.

Link building, in either case, is only effective if you know how to vet the sites yourself, or you find a provider that is legitimate and will offer you natural anchor placement on relevant sites (this is going to cost you money). If you're interested in PBNs, find a monthly rental service that will give you strong links, but this is going to cost a lot more in the long run since you have recurring costs.
