Hello fellow comrades,

For the past 3 years I've been running a video streaming website as a hobby. Over time it accumulated a decent monthly traffic. The site is currently completely Ad free, because it was never my intention to earn money.

The problem is that I am going into the negatives (18€/month). I would like that to change, but I am clueless on the subject and I would appreciate some help.

From doing a little bit of research, I haven't found a good solution. I am looking for Ads that are not intrusive and do not make the website unusuable and unpleasant for users.
I don't want the website to look like every other movie streaming website (Annoying popups, popunder, push notification etc.)

My idea of an optimal Ad is something like Youtube video ads before allowing playback or an image that shows before the video and requires user interaction to allow playback.
I discovered that Google Adsense provides video ads, but my website isn't really compliant with their requirements and does get rejected, so I would need an alternative service or a workaround (I don't care about ethics)

Here are a couple of pictures of my website's statistics:

I appreciate any feedback.

Advice #1: Learn to write grammatically correct. Monetize, not, Monitize.
If you can't write, use Grammarly, like me. It has a free browser add-on.
