Recommed me a Cheap, Slow, Wordpress Webhosting for a Non Paying Customer

Clients who don't pay, don't deserve fast servers.

I'm going to move 1 particular client to the slowest, crappiest wordpress web host I can find and I need your help.

Any suggestions?

I would say HostKoala, but that might be to good for him .. =) .. But maybe a combo of one of their servers far away from his visitors without a cdn and using their nameservers would do it for $4 a year with the coupon WHT20 .. It would be sloooow .. =)

get one of those $1/m 1 core, 0.5gb ram ddr2 servers

+1 for them (I used them in the past for some of my pbn s). @DamoHG with HostGnome and @interkul (DirectAdmin, not cPanel, at least in the past) are also very good.

My fault. Idk I read "cheapest/affordable -est". Anyway, what I recommend may be too good for that particular client =)

Also I need some type of panel.

Cpanel or something similar.

As long as it has a Wordpress installer....

They use DirectAdmin, and servers all around the world .. Easy WP install .. =)

I use them all the time for tiny projects or starting projects with an cdn.

Hmmmm host koala gives me a nice selection of servers to choose from (I'm not happy about the hefty $24 per year price tag though, $1 per month would be better)

Servers - Singapore, Hong Kong or Austrailia.

This non paying customer is in the UK.

What server do you think will be the slowwwwwwwweeeeeessssssttttttt ?

Australia is the winner!
But the traffic comes from UK too?
But in any case which is over 10k km, the latency is let's say from very slow to very very slow, kinda GPRS stuff back in the days.

Something that has poor uptime (50% or less).

Yeah, looks good! But usually there is good internet speed so.... you really need something from ASIA if you wanna get some slow ass latency.
But why you want something paid? Go for hostinger free one. After 3-4 refresh sites goes DDOS.
