not getting impression in my google ads

I recently created a campaign but i'm not getting any impression it shows this


Firstly i targeted the exact phrase keyword then it shows this after that i changed the keyword from phrase match still showing and now i changed it from broad keyword still it showing this.

Btw i'm new in google ads so i don't have enough knowledge in it.
But as i know in broad keyword i don't get targeted audience. And in keyword planner all keyword are more than 5k+ search per month.

Sir first things first you have to go Google keyword planner and search for your keyword. target your country and hit enter then see low bid and high bid. If you want to appear on first page then choose high bidding in your campaign.
If you keyword in high bid cost $1 then choose bidding $1. your first campaign must be maximize clicks. but If you need conversions you have to get at least 5 conversions from maximize clicks then convert to conversions then to cpa. make sure your daily budget in outstanding balance so if you have in balance $100 and you pay $10 a day it must be 10 days no more days. Google will not run your campaign if your balance lower than your budget. so top up balance first.

i added more keyword but its keep showing this. What can i do now ? wait for optimization?

actually i'm running campaign from threshold account which is reactived and i created a campaign and i'm not getting impression and after that i saw it again suspended due to suspicious payment. So i think thats the reason i'm not getting impression.
