I bought it in February and I was never able to use it, lost money.
There's no documentation, I've never been able to get it to work, and I've been waiting for support since March 2nd.

No PDF document has been sent. Yes, you sent a video in poorly explained English with poor quality. you sold a tool that writes articles in several languages but with bad documentation, bad in english, unanswered support. Like I said, I never got it to work.
I didn't say your product doesn't work, I just said I couldn't get it to work and you didn't move a straw to help.

The post sales follow up is great off this seller, im probably about 50k articles in now spread over various domains. I use this system a bit different as in i use a private domain and collect all the created articles in there and then via a custom plugin i developed, change the images to my clients brand ones, videos, custom call to action, internal linked table of content etc and then schedule them all and then move them over to a clients money site to just keep dripping perfect artciles for the next how ever long, there could be other ways to do this but thats my way and im more than happy with this setup
