  4. Add tags to the video.
  5. Write smart descriptions.
  6. Edit the file name.
  7. Create transcriptions and captions for the videos.
  8. Make longer videos.
 
YouTube could be super confused with your channel, you are uploading games, colognes, shoes, cars, YouTube and blogging stuff.

I think that there are just too many niches and YouTube cant figure out where to put your channel.

If you want to see success with your YouTube videos, then you need to use effective SEO (Search Engine Optimization) tactics
 
You need to also learn to photoshop thumbnails. your thumbnails are no good
 
Your content is all over the place, totally different topics, different languages, what is even the theme of your channel? I'd suggest start over, pick one niche and only post content related to it.
 
The content is mixed an cause confusion, will be good if you can separate the videos type, once channel for gaming and the other one as vlog maybe or promotion? and the low views or retention could be due to people really don't understand what type of channel you have, you can combine gaming and tech but review other products and play the guitar should be on a different channel, being checking you videos content is good and interesting.
 
Are those organic subscribers or you purchased the channel? Maybe you should focus on a niche and do well with it
