What was the strategy you would choose if you was need to grow WhatsApp group members?

Some PRO told me to make traffic campigan with landing page to lead the WhatsApp group.
That's the best option?

I remind that adding WhatsApp group link to Faceook page isn't allow so WhatsApp campigan inside Facebook ads can't work.
