Backstory:
I have been testing and using tools provided by Alma for 3 months now.
Three weeks ago i got access for GPT-3 addon testing which comes on a SAAS-like platform (PAA scraper with addons). Alma wrote to me on discord and proposed free testing of gpt3 module, which I was interested in buying. I was testing it for free for few days then purchased it (you need to pay extra for GPT-3).
I don't think its needed to write about first version of tool which you had to install yourself on your VPS because it is not longer available - so I will comment on the current SAAS version of the tool.
Tool:
With the Alma's tool you can scrape PAA based on keywords and automatically upload it directly to your WP website. Alma is setting up a VPS for you, then you log in via URL and use it as a casual SAAS panel. You can choose on the panel how many questions per article you would like to get. I'm not using pure PAA scraping, but yeah it works as it should.
As of GPT-3 module, that I'm using it also works as it should. At first, there was no settings to choose regarding OpenAI API and that was the drawback because you couldn't choose max tokens, models and other GPT3 settings. Recently the tool was updated and now you can choose settings that you would like to get from OpenAI -again, works as it should.
Support & Issues:
I saw a recent review which was negative regarding Alma's support. I have quite the opposite experience because I think the support and contact with Alma is really great. During these months I exchanged with him hundreds of messages on discord, and he was always responding quickly and helped me with the tool when it was needed. When there were some errors, something didn't properly work, Alma was pushing the issue to his dev and the issue was fixed. As previously mentioned, he also gave me a chance for free testing and informed me about every new update. So when it comes to support i would really give 5 stars rating.
The issue with VPS crashing was real and happened like two times, but it was quickly fixed. In the past few days, I haven't experienced any VPS problems.
Final thoughts:
Although the pricing is not cheap, I think the tool is good and promising given updates & the way Alma works on improving it on a daily basis. Personally, I'm happy with my purchase.

As you've used it for some time, have you had good results in SERPS? As pricing is all relative if you see early successes

Isn't this mainly a massive low competition keyword scraping machine?
Low comp keywords that can't be found with standard keyword comp tools?
