But Real talk you mean with just cloak it for example i can "learn" hot it works are the 300 bucks for pay as you go worth it ?

I would but it needs a big budget are there providors with trails for $$ so i can test a bit without spending 300 bucks.

Agreed that this topic is absolutely useless and self-promotion.
A lot of cloak providers around with bad IP databases as well, sometimes it's even just a small script that redirects a certain amount of clicks when you are under review like the first 50 for example then it can be turned on and your BH stuff will show.
ANYWAY, if you can't afford the few hundred bucks you probably don't need it, when you run some decent BH volume on Facebook those costs are nothing. However, I def agree that the pricing is WAY too high since you as their client will also contribute to that IP list.

Believe a lot of people are just a bit clueless when it comes to properly paid traffic sources like FB.
You need warmed-up accounts, nowadays they come sold with that but used to always warm up the fan page for at least a couple hundred bucks. And just one account is never enough so a couple of thousands go into that.
You want a good tracker and these are not cheaper either.
It's just not meant for low-entry marketing.
Your accounts will get banned it does not matter how much you paid or how well the account is warmed up, it just happens. Those costs should also be calculated as it's hard for everyone to predict what FB is going to do.
The whole trick here is to get BH stuff passed on a few accounts and scale those as fast as possible (given that you have a campaign with good Roas.) On top of that depending on the network you work with you need cash flow as well, most networks will pay weekly especially if you are not known with them.
Later of course you can discuss getting paid more often to keep your cash flow going.
So if you can't even pay a couple hundred bucks for cloaking how are you even going to make a profit?
Not trying to destroy the dream of people that want to get going with FB but you are really just playing a losing game if you can't afford to lose what I listed above.
