I may be interpreting the rules in a stricter way than they should've been interpreted, but telling a non-Jr. Exec that I wrote about him in the Jr. Exec subforum technically tells him about a post in the Jr. Exec section.
Agreeing to get a refund in exchange for adding a comment on that same post is a step further. Giving a non-Jr. Exec control over some of the content in that subforum.
But again, maybe I'm just interpreting the rules wrong.

We do not speculate in here.

Once I see the situation being offered to be resolved by the accused I roll with that unless there is some kind of red flag in all the other evidence and there was not.
