Fiverr not processing payment

I'm trying to setup a few buyer accounts on Fiverr. But it always declines payment on brand new accounts. I have tried the following already:

1. Used variety of proxies including residential, dedicated 4G, etc.

2. Antidetect browsers including Dolphin Anty, AdsPower, and many more. Even tried real physical devices too (phones and laptops).

3. Variety of payment methods, including VCCs, physical debit cards, Google Pay, etc.

What's going on here? Does anyone know why they block payments? I go to order and get the error along the lines of "Issue processing your payment. Contact your bank or try different method".

It's only PayPal, have you tried it?

And no need for proxies except you want multiple unique accounts

Not sure if you read the thread because I've tried real cards too, not just VCCs. Also Google Pay accounts. Payment goes through the processer but Fiverr's system cancels it.

I tried PayPal as guest but again, Fiverr's system declined it (not PayPal). Worse, PayPal never refunded it either so lost that money too.
