€10 threshold limit error

Up until last week I could get either €300 threshold or $350 USA threshold limits.
Now I can only get €10 on every account I create. Is this a new change that has happened or is ppl still getting same high threshold limits ?

Alright, so if you are getting a threshold (€10 or whatever), it obviously means that your payment method (card, vcc, etc) gets accepted, otherwise you will not get any threshold (€10 or whatever). That is clear.
About error, what error are you getting ? If you let members know what error you are getting, only then solutions may be suggested.

Which VCC provider are you using? I'm still getting 300-350 depends on the country, but it's a 50/50 chance. Either 10 or 300.

googles algorithms are different throughout the months so what may have worked to get $350 may not work this week or next week but can work on week 3. Just get another method of setting up billing to find another way for $350

Threshold being €10 (or whatever) instead of €300 (or whatever) is not an error in Google Ads, it is an error in your account creation method. The error in your account creation method, is that you have not updated or changed your account creation method, which needs to be changed from time to time, through experimentations of various kinds.
Now, please do not PM me with "Which method you currently use blaa blaa blaa ?". No one in their right frame of mind would share (nor even sell) their Google Ads account creation method(s) and if a person does, then their method will be poopy !
