Get in touch with support and ask them about what is going on. Since you're posting in Gads thread I assume you're talking about g.
Most likely your account is about to get suspended, and they are just holding you as your ads are not the priority in such a case.

Go here: https://support.google.com/google-ads/contact/approval_request and contact them.

This will give priority to the review process and re-send the bots asap. If needed, it will trigger a manual review.

That is a useless suggestion.
@yasser ali if you have an ad under review on the 5th day after creation, that means that it has fallen over into a manual review and it could be due to the niche, in other words, the keywords, ad headlines, ad descriptions & even landing page.
In such a case, redo the landing page and then paused the ad group, create a new ad group with less "sensitive" keywords and appropriate ad headlines, appropriate ad descriptions.
