New Handshake Domains Any Benefits Or Better SEO?

Now this morning I saw namecheap offers handshake domains.
What is this? Never heard of them.

Is this a new hype, a new hosting shady trick or will it become the future fast and has better benefits or better seo
as an .com domain or any of these new tld. extensions like show,info,io, ai, etc,etc....

Will you have real ownership with handshake domain?

Namecheap is currently experiencing some errors. Recently, I encountered an issue while using Namecheap's services. I came across a one-word domain and proceeded to search for it on Namecheap's platform.

After adding the domain to my cart, I encountered a problem, resulting in an unknown error. I refreshed the page and discover that my cart was empty and I was shocked. When I reopened Namecheap, I noticed that the domain was listed as a premium option. I was amazed by this kind of act of Namecheap.
So don't rely on Namecheap, use the GoDaddy instead.

they little bit weird in the moment.
10 days ago I had a chat want to change my monthly plan $6 to annual plan, they promised me good discount.
So now I see under expiring in my dashboard invoice is $21,30 for my $6 monthly hosting plan till June 2, 2023

He ??? Costs now $21,30 every month instead of $6 ?
In my other topic comment, you must today be really care about all things what have to do with your money, buying domain, webosting, buy food in supermarket (wrong prices) ....
