The site have strong backlink profile links from Microsoft, Bit.ly, t.me, SoundCloud, linktr, disqus, feedly, un.org, Product hunt, proven expert, unity.com and many more total 22 links from over 90 DR ******** links all and still the DR increasing day by day.

The site is Tech Related.

How much should a Guest Post worth from that site? and the website value?

Thanks Please give your opinion.

The organic traffic from Google search preferably from tier 1 countries is what I use to estimate what I can pay for a link not the DA/DR or other similar metrics.

shitty backlinks. That's not a "strong" backlinks profile, it's just a generic backlinks profile.

Now, if you had backlinks from Forbes, NY Times, Entrepreneur, etc... links that are hard to get, expensive to get, or both that is... then we'd talk, but links from disqus, feedly and bit.ly everyone can get (for free, too), despite of the high DR of these sites...

A GOOD link from Cosmopolitan for example used to cost around $30k. Do you have dozens of such links? I didn't think so :)

the cost of a guest post usually depends on your site's niche, but more importantly on your site's authority and traffic. And when I say authority I don't necessarily mean the DR or DA metrics of Ahrefs / Moz (although these can help in the assessment too at some point), I'm referring to your site's standing with google like, for example, the number of indexed pages, or the number of keywords that the site ranks for.

A guest post on a site with millions of indexed pages, for example, and which ranks for 10s of 1000s of keywords could easily sell for upwards of $300. Easily! Like I said, a backlink from Cosmopolitan (I don't remember whether it was guest post, though, it could have PBN, which is better than guest post, but I don't remember) was priced at $30k, I saw this price in a list of prices of a SEO agency, someone shared that list on BHW last year and I remembered the price, because I freaked out when I saw it :D

So, anyway, to ballpark the price you need to take the site's authority and traffic levels and quality into account, and then the secondary metrics like DR, niche, whether the link will be DF or NF, etc... The fact that your site has 50 DR doesn't say anything, because DR can be manipulated.

$5
DA was a metric made by Moz, DR made by Ahrefs.

Organic traffic your site gets is what will give your links value.

When one pro checks for links, what he is thinking in his mind is:
"How much would it cost me create these links by myself"
The problem with the guys that purchase domains randomly is that they don't even know or can appraise the cost of such links; therefore they cannot get an overall value of such domain.
If is this is your case, first start learning to do link appraisals and you won't need to ask this random question, where we cannot see the domain to analyze such.

That is adequate, but not enough. You are missing information. You are relying on the fact that the previous owner knew how to do good content. I have had killer reputed domains with barely no traffic. As soon as I placed the right content, they blasted on visits.

how much real traffic it have? how old the site is? which country most traffic come from? any monetization running on the site?

Is the site is getting 0 traffic then the link is worth exactly that 0$. DA means nothing if the traffic is 0.
If it'd not then you gotta check it's link profile.

couple hundred usd to x.000 usd. because i am not sure how real the traffic is. and how good the backlink, my suggestion earn some money on the site than you can sell it 12-36x depending how long the earning is stable.

may i know how ? like a bit example to help me understand
DA and DR can be manipulated by generating redirect backlinks from search engines. You can find them easily by running a backlink audit of any website. If you find 'Redirect' backlinks at the top then know that domain is spammed.

6k to 8k traffic from the US and the site is 7 months old? Are you sure about its age? Have you checked the site in Way Back Machine if it was built on an expired domain?
