I am familiar with the website, as it's a somewhat popular guest posting website which is on a lot of lists.
That being said, it seems to have developed quite a lot of traffic over the last couple of years and has good metrics.
The content is very readable and it makes sense.
The anchor text was placed in a way that looks natural.
Metrics:
DR: 71
Traffic: 1.1million/month
Overall, I think it's a decent service and thank you for allowing me to review it.

After 10 days, I got the link from OP. The website is in a general niche with great metrics. The content is readable, has 545 words, and totally related to my keyword. The link is do-follow. The best part is that it was indexed when I received it.
However, what I don't like is that besides my link there are 2 other external links and one of these links is not related to my topic.

The site has tons of backlinks, although I found a lot of spammy anchors, like porn, payday loans, cbd etc.
Most of the content on the site is paid posts so it looks like a PBN.
