In my own experience, being a good adult webmaster and a talented web developer, I've always been in love with sex in every aspect and of every kind. Due to that approach I've built my own private life accordingly, to the lust and the pleasure, because I find those things the ultimate and foremost objectives to a person in order to find happiness. Moreover I've found that sex-freedm people (swingers, open-cuples, poly-amorous) are way more healthy, interesting and sociable people compared to closed-mind ones whom tend to judge and slate whoever doesn't share their square-toe thoughts.

Flipping hand I've also found that most of the modern society ignorance and horrible things are fully accountable to most (if not all) to the faiths, religions and that weird mentality underneath those ideas. These cults spend their time and efforts trying to demonize the human nature depicting the natural needs as something wrong. It's also a common sense that the existence of porn is the direct consequence of all the deprivations a bigoted and hypocritical society imposes to the masses.

Keep in mind that being an adult webmaster involves watching the porn stuff you are going to post or to work onto. This implies you'll get excited one way or another, which is not a bad thing at all as long as you have a way to release.

That said, if you want to find an answer about your work in the adult field, well... you have three options:

1) Have one or more girls (or boys, or t-girls, etc... as your taste) to take care of your little brother (or your backdoor, again as your taste) while you work on your porn projects
2) Follow your spiritual way and avoid porn at any cost, consequently loosing money, health and interesting friendships but still earning a good amount of frustration (tastes are tastes)
3) Develop the ability to work with porn stuff without watching any visual material and without listening to any moaning in such material

Assuming the 3rd way is quite challenging, I'd suggest to choose your pattern wisely before wasting you entire life on something that wont bring you money but only frustration and no sex at all.
