they answer fast but sometimes very useless, they will answer your questions but not your problems

Recently, I received too many calls from facebook staff, they want to support my account, is there anyone here who received the same call as me, and after the account support process ends, will there be any changes? they usually answer your questions but like avoiding the problem, i got nothing after talking to them

they only look at the stats, they don't have the power to intervene later, they can't even see our campaign, they told me so
