Recently, I received too many calls from facebook staff, they want to support my account, is there anyone here who received the same call as me, and after the account support process ends, will there be any changes? Usually they say that version support will end within 3 months.

These Facebook support staff seem to be of little help. Your account will still be locked as usual, and your campaigns will still be s**t . They just want you to spend more money, that's all.

I'm always impressed by the lack of knowledge FB reps have of their own system.

If you want, I can tell you what they'll say:
Remove your targeting and bid, and allow the system to optimize the campaign by itself.

Once in a while, they will offer to top up your budget, though. Often in exchange for using a specific feature or something.

Completely useless. Waste of time and then they will start harassing you if you are not implementing their suggestions for placements and targeting strats. (because it sucks)

i got a feeling they are just trying to hit certain quotas for placements/targetings and are really a sales team not support

Their support is ok to really poor, depending on what issue you're trying to get resolved is. If campaign related issues, well, it's still better to contact support but don't expect them to provide it posthaste.

Very poor support they have. But this can be because of volume of queries they get.

These are calls (emails) from the outsourced partners of Facebook and the best thing is NOT to respond / do NOT accept their requests. They get a % from ad apends from accounts which they get to handle and hence, if you accept their request(s), they will screw your ad campaigns in a way that the spendings go high, so that they (outsourced partners of Facebook) earn more.
In reality, their staff knows NOTHING about Facebook Ads and they are trained to mention attractive "offers", etc that will "save" you blablabla.
What is unfortunate, is that most people are gullible enough to fall for such traps and they get sucked.

same like other big tech company it suck.
so far the only good support service i found is, if the company foucused on b2b

They are like the ones who decide for us the effectiveness of the campaign, the costs are ours to bear :D
