In your intro, you mention about low cost server management, this clearly gives you away, the setups explained in the course is just from a demonstration standpoint, clearly this can be implemented on a dedicated server or whatever server needs you require. This is just 10% of the course, your whole rant is on this!

Secondly: The tactics for landing and ad approvals, it's quiet interesting how you you skipped these parts. Clearly you have a bias. You haven't even mentioned what type of ads you run, what traffic source you use, what offers you want cloaked. Seems like you filtered your perspective around server management and not the art of cloaking. Good luck to you and your endeavors, clearly you are "half glass empty" type of person.
