I got 500 clicks from manual CPC low price campaign for my new ecommerce store.
Bad experience, It seems all traffic are junks. No purchase.

Now i am going to test enhanced CPC campaign for conversion, hope that can help me get the high quality traffics.

Could you add more info? Niche, market etc...
Do you have a proper tracking setup?
Manual bidding sucks for me in the past year or so, its usually a waste of money. I am usually starting with Maximise Clicks or Imp Share.

More often than not, when you pay such low CPC, you get the people no one else bids on. Everybody's using automated bidding strategies, and you compete with them in an auction.

Yes, i setup the GA4 conversions import to google ADS account by google tag manager, included any conversion events.
I had try the Max clicks also, not good.
New stores need to accumulate conversion data, which is a difficult process.

I think Imp share is hard to purchase conversion, how about yours?

Thank you, when i got enough conversion data, i am going to run ROAS or Performance Max.

For ecommerce website, it is preferable to use Google Shopping over other types of Google Ads campaigns, which may waste your budget. If you are unable to create a Google Merchant Center, then Facebook Ads can be considered as an alternative option.

You should try and test a lot of things. But know that Pmax, specifically, tends to run on your brand keywords to lower the conversion price. So I wouldn't recommend it unless you have a representative that can exclude them for you, or if your brand name doesn't have much search volume.

ROAS is a bidding strategy while Pmax is a type of campaign so I don't understand why you put them against each other in such a way.

You can start testing different bidding strategies by either running an experiment (on the experiment tab) or by duplicating the campaigns and changing the bidding strategy. Unlike common belief, you can't really "compete with yourself", and you should ignore people who tell you that you can.

This is a great example for a campaign that can benefit from testing more competitive bidding or a different bidding strategy. If your bids are so low, you are running on keywords no one else is bidding on. They don't bid on them for a reason.

Last thing, if you want to quote multiple replies, use the multi-quote function instead of replying to each on a separate message.

I just read your other replies, and realize that it's a regular shopping campaign, so there is no Imp share.
When a shopping campaign is performing badly it could be caused by not so good setup in the merchant center. Have you checked the search terms?

How your search campaigns are performing?

Yes, i optimize the product title in merchant center. And added a lot negative keywords already.
I have not to start any search campaign yet, only shopping campaign.

In fact, i know a lot of things are affecting the conversions,

All users stay average time is only 18 seconds from this Low Price CPC shopping campaign by GA4 data,
So I think the problem is Low Price CPC and changed the bid strategy to be Manul CPC - enhance conversion now.

Creating a low-cost CPC (cost-per-click) campaign in Google Ads can help you to maximize your budget and improve your ROI (return on investment).

1. Use targeted keywords
2. Optimize ad copy
3. Use geographic targeting
4. Set bid adjustments
5. Monitor and optimize

These tips, you can create a low-cost CPC campaign that maximizes your budget and improves your ROI in Google Ads.
Thank you! I had do all based on your steps except "maximizes your budget", So, i am confused very much.

Try focusing on conversion tracking before changing bidding strategies. Good data helps Google find better traffic.
