Has people commitment towards link building reduced this year?

Is this a result recession of something else, I would like to know your opinion.

I understand that, but not talking about BHW particularly, but in the SEO industry.

The rate of getting proposal for my SEO service outside BHW declined this year, and also have a few people that share similar experience.

Did you mean clients are not reaching out to you like they used to? It could be because other agencies/freelancers reached out to them already doing the work so they don't need to reach out to you?
