Every relationship is fake in some perspective, "Real Love" is a legend, something they teach kids in fairy tails.
Regarding health, oh man money sure does buy the best healthcare, the best doctors and in some cases medicine. I have no idea from which country you are from but please see the differences between public healthcare and private healthcare. Between appointment to doctor in 4 months and in 4 days.

For health i have private in my country i know difference and yes u right in that u can get better service but depend on what u have not even best doctor can help even if u pay million to him.

The saying means that true happiness comes from within, not from possessions that can be bought. Beyond the ability to pay your bills, happiness is a state of mind that is short-lived when you base it on physical objects and the numbers in an investment portfolio.
