- Cut fansly girl, it's a ballache
- 13 models on and just keep getting referrals
- Brought in 1 chatter so far and she's now profitable so solid
- Consulting clients loving it and should be in the money on referrals shortly
- Brought on 2 more outreachers so we're hitting nearly 30k initial DMs/mo
- Traffic wise nailed down Reddit to be more consistent and scalable, tweet spamming like mad and working good, still setting up twitter mother slave to be more scalable
- Still in market for a +200k IG or Twitter account to act as an asset for promo
- Tiktok has become a BIG focus for us since we had our first Tiktok launched model go proper viral and saw a 0 to $15k push in her first week, so we're debating cutting some models and bringing on tiktok only focus models since it means more scale super quick because our tiktok sauce is fire
- Main focus before end of May is decide on if we want to be a TikTok heavy agency in which case we're going to fire and re-recruit new to shift for scale

Biggest issues now:
- Chatting still, need to get better at extracting cash
- Traffic consistency for mid-look models, tiktok seems like it will fix this 100%
- Figuring out sub-reddits - still, we have 2 that are being spammed in by our accounts and traffic is there but zero idea on automod setup haha

Still always need:
- Chatting partners/better systems
- SOPs/systems
- More traffic channels that are automatable
- More traffic channels that are quick hyper scale

Update
- Went full hard on several models with TikTok and results are crazy
- Announced to all models on roster either they do TikTok or leave (we fired half so far)
- Launched ads back up with our new TikTok guarantee offer and signed 6 models so far on delivering 15 videos/day minimum (higher % for us too)
- Traffic on Twitter nailed well via spamming like mad and fully automated but it's low volume
- Restructured our traffic process (Tiktok mandatory launches 1st, then twitter and then reddit)
- 2 Outreachers performing great so far, looking at expanding to 1 more
- Added a consulting offer to our front end for models who aren't trusting of agencies at a flat monthly fee, but no way for them to shift into managed as a clause
- Still in market for a +200k IG or Twitter account to act as an asset for promo (this one has been tough to vet for something not hyper explicit and reasonably priced)

Biggest Shifts:
- We are now a TikTok primary agency and leveraging having a KILLER set of results on TikTok to expand into consulting/training/monthly trend service
- Focusing more on assets - all traffic ends up at an asset we own before moving to OnlyFans so we control traffic and add value to our own agency 1st 24/7/365

Biggest issues now:
- Chatting still, need to get better at extracting cash
- We turned over like 6 chatters in the last 30 days, having trouble finding people who aren't brain dead around following processes that make money

- Better twitter method, ours is OK (20-30 followers/day + 20 clicks/day from zero), need something that can do 100 followers/day from zero

- Cranking up the tiktok focus, we're now having models commit on 9 tiktoks minimum per day, 15+ if they want our new guarantee or a lower % split
- Ads for FB are cranking out a TON of inbound at just $10/day
- Twitter is automated and rolling via VPS so it's fully automated and just working to get 20-30 new followers/day passively for under $3/mo/account
- Facebook page growth has become stabilized, a few hundred to thousand followers a day per page through reels and growing like clockwork through a VA, soon to be fully automated
- Cut down to 1 outreacher just because ads are going to be our main scale process since it's cheap, automated, easy
- Outreacher's main focus now is acquiring consulting clients for a super high return on spend/investment
- Still in market for a +200k IG or Twitter account to act as an asset for promo (this one has been tough to vet for something not hyper explicit and reasonably priced)
- We dove into AI models a few weeks ago perfecting and building a indistinguishable from AI models and matching them up to people who can verify accounts
- As of last week we launched 4 AI models that have verified OF and fansly accounts tied to a +90% similarity person and we're rolling into that strong since I expect short video capability to only be a few months away
- AI traffic is all twitter driven for now so it's automated, passive and just churns out cash

Biggest Things Coming:
- Automating FB reel posting and YT short mass scheduling from old TikToks (within the next 10 days)
- Automating FB reel, IG reel and YT short posting from new TikToks posted (within the next 14 days)
- Setting up at least 2 twitter accounts per model for more traffic and 5 per AI model to be able to scale passive traffic (within the next month)
- AI model tiktok generation and posting/reposting (YT, IG, FB) automation (est. within 90 days)

Biggest Learnings So Far:
- TikTok is GOAT, we shouldn't have bothered taking on models not willing to put in work since this now gives us a near unlimited budget to keep expanding their traffic and feed the growth system
- The fundamentals for new models are rarely well in place for big models - we've had to rebuild almost all traffic systems, conversion systems and funnels for most big models we work with because they get the basics wrong but had some level of luck in their scale (there's some exceptions, but it's the exception, not the rule)
- Own assets, GGs and all that are cool, but completely useless value to you and your model - you need to own continuous traffic assets to be able to add value to both yourself and your models at any reasonable basis

Biggest issues now:
- Chatting still, we are working with an agency that's promising for placement of chatters, so far they've 2xed our chatting revenue when we do it so promising for sure, but I like backups
- Shiny object, we could scale up to 100 AI models and hammer hard on getting each to $2-3k/mo passively pretty quick, but it would distract from a faster scale with real models - balancing this has been hard since AI is so much fun


Needs/Wants:
- Better twitter method, ours is OK (20-30 followers/day + 20 clicks/day from zero), need something that can do 100 followers/day from zero and be automateable
- Better method for account securing on IG/Twitter - it can't be this tedious at scale, there's gotta be a better way

Yea, it wasn't hard honestly. I thought it'd be harder. But just took a bunch of fiddling. Took us 1 weekend to nail a model that looks 100% real and another few days to get the prompts nailed so we could get a good 2k image backlog per model.

- We now have an EPIC offer tied to TikTok and we've been signing nearly a model a day now from ads

I'm curious how you're able to have such ridiculously fast progress - - You started your journey in Feb but you already seem to have multiple operations automated, structured and in deployment - - social media automation, AI, lead gen, conversational funnels etc. Are you the only person developing the systems or are you hiring/contracting people to handle bits and pieces of it?

Are there any noticeable differences in the model's appearance across each image? I've personally found that even if you are able to create very realistic-looking images, certain facial/bodily features are impossible to make 100% accurate across each and every image.
