Update:
So encountered a big issue with my approach prev, which was onboarding too many models. I had over 20 signed in the first month and as I realized that was just too much of a shitshow of taking everyone and anyone.
So here's the big shift:
- Cut ALL my models but one who had a TON of content, talking hundreds of GBs
- Shifted to only taking on models with an audience existing so I can get them quick wins and scale rapidly
- Locked in 4 models with 20-300k followings
- Working through setup on the 4 new ones (links, tracking, chatting team, etc) with an aim to launch by end of week on a new OF that's just us working on it
- Working with a dev to automate fetlife entirely as a low end model offer since we're getting a ton of volume
- Have a recruiter in place who's producing 2-3 replies a day
- Locked in a consulting agreement with a +1M audience model to consult on her growth channels
The tons of content model who's starting from zero on a shitty setup due to her prev agency is already +$1k collected and growing quite quickly with just reddit traffic in approx 7 days.
So instead of focusing on a bunch of channels we're buying bots and automations for Reddit so we can really, really streamline. But at the moment social rise + upvoting bots have been a deadly combo for traffic. All flowing into a free trial w/ chatters to convert.
By next week we should be at $200-300/day on this one model. More of a limit of the platform we're sending traffic to. But She should be able to do $10-15k by month 3.
Long term plan is now VERY well detailed and much clearer.
As always, any recommendations/advice/direction on things SUPER appreciated.
Current needs:
- JV partners for traffic
- Chatters and better systems there
- Traffic scaling on our models via paid ads
- Monetization options for low tier/low end models (we have a few a week now, but with ads I could have 20-50/week easy - but none super solid, at least now we have 1-2 solid as hell ones a week)
- Operations shore up, consulting or otherwise driven - we need better operational processes (client support/success, monthly plans, content management, etc)
