[Journey] Scaling OnlyFans/Webcam Management Agency to $50k/mo in Profits

Using this as a way to keep a story and also get some advice from those who have done areas of this.

The Starting Ground
- Have a website + IG I made a few months back
- Did nothing since but consume from a few folks
- I started frameworking some processes and systems but nothing great
- In process of seeking a mentor to shortcut processes in all areas (traffic, recruiting, etc)
- Aim is boutique style agency, under 10 girls, but get them all past top 0.5%

Basically starting from zero with a good background of marketing/advertising knowledge for businesses.

But my approach is to look at this like my marketing agencies.

If I can get this working into a system and be able to put $1 in and get $X or $XX out in a timely manner - I could easily dump a ton in to scale this much beyond $1m/year profit.

But it all starts with model #1 and making that first $1 in profit.

Main Goals by End of Month:
- Find a mentor or mentors for the onboarding/recruiting side and automation so I don't have to be swiping on Tinder millions of times myself
- Get recruiting ads working to some extent so I can be picky
- Get any girl at all to say yes, sign a contract and get her started into OF/cams ASAP as a start
- Prepare a promo gameplan for model #1 (thinking reddit + adult paid traffic + IG contest growth + GGs so I can dump in $1k-2k and get her insanely invested in the agency)

If all comes to worst, I'll buy the first model from a marketplace so March can be all about learning the onboarding/scaling systems.

Any recommendations, advice or otherwise is ALWAYS appreciated and welcome.

My Current Big Questions and Areas of Unknown:
- Should I be working on % or just find girls to pay a salary (I've come across both areas of interest, not sure how to negotiate the salary end)?
- What traffic sources are investable (can pay someone to grow)?
- Should I maintain ownership of all accounts, OF included (currently I imagine yes, but not sure)?

Appreciate it! Definitely realizing from some TG groups the model is a small bit of the equation if they produce content.

On another note, super small but solid update:
Got TikTok and IG ads rolling. Leads coming in under $3, not sure if the quality is there since I'm not using any set filtering process yet but at least lead flow is there!

I'm investing $50k into it. Basically have to break even on cashflow with it by the time that runs out which I think is a lot of leeway. I'd prefer to be running models and cashflowing before then so I can do heavy, heavy traffic investments.

I have also been looking into doing similar. I have a friend who does onlyfans and cams already just making like 2k a month but it still seems hard to advertise and make it profittable and viral. I also have come across this mentor and program of someone who has been doing this successfully but they are asking like 4k for the mentorship and program.

Update For The Day:
- Got 5 onboarding forms yesterday (I do this before a contract), but have been accelerating to this step with Spanish girls due to the language barrier
- Lined up 2 calls today with potential girls but they have some issues around fees and otherwise that I have to further vet
- Trying to find a language barrier solution since it seems I can get 3-4 new girls/day if I can handle Spanish language and they are VERY keen, but Google Translate has it's limits

Overall lots of good potentials. I kinda screwed up my ads by trying to combine targeting so I had less ads but more spend per ad. Have to fix that today/tomorrow as last night to this morning flow stopped entirely haha

But TikTok got better, just gotta bridge the gap in the super, super bad response rate from leads there.

Mas minha abordagem é olhar para isso como minhas agências de marketing.

Se eu conseguir fazer isso funcionar em um sistema e conseguir colocar $ 1 e obter $ X ou $ XX em tempo hábil - eu poderia facilmente despejar uma tonelada para escalar muito além de $ 1 milhão / ano de lucro.

Mas tudo começa com o modelo nº 1 e obtendo o primeiro $ 1 de lucro.

Principais Metas até o Final do Mês:
- Encontre um mentor ou mentores para o lado de integração/recrutamento e automação, para que eu mesmo não precise acessar o Tinder milhões de vezes
- Faça com que os anúncios de recrutamento funcionem até certo ponto para que eu possa ser exigente
- Faça com que qualquer garota diga sim, assine um contrato e coloque-a no OF/cams o mais rápido possível para começar
- Prepare um plano de jogo promocional para o modelo nº 1 (pensando em reddit + tráfego pago adulto + crescimento do concurso IG + GGs para que eu possa despejar $ 1k-2k e investi-la insanamente na agência)

Se tudo der errado, comprarei o primeiro modelo de um mercado para que março possa ser sobre aprender os sistemas de integração/dimensionamento.

Quaisquer recomendações, conselhos ou outros são SEMPRE apreciados e bem-vindos.

Minhas grandes questões atuais e áreas desconhecidas:
- Devo trabalhar em % ou apenas encontrar garotas para pagar um salário (encontrei ambas as áreas de interesse, não sei como negociar o final do salário)?

- Calls so far weren't great
- 1 More call lined up today but stopped replying to people who can't speak English in convo for now
- Signed one model on a seeking only traffic focus, 1 hour in and got 30 messages with 8 pushed to WhatsApp to convert into arrangements

Hoping to lock in $2-3k in seeking monthly revenue so a good $1-1.5k this week to dump back into tiktok ads and further growth, but also a killer testimonial since she just wanted to get to 1k/mo asap.

Aiming at seeing if I can get up to 100 leads from TikTok as a sample size and see what I can do in the way of converting back through.

The one seeking one was from tiktok, so as long as we lock in at least $1k monthly from these arrangements, we're at a 20x ROAS.

- Got some better systems for bringing in attention
- Blasted the list with a new hook/offer message and got 4 interested in calls
- Booked zooms tomorrow into Saturday for 60/40 split
- Aiming at signing at least 2 this week on proper full management
- Cut the traffic only girl because she got ZERO out of all those connected messages
- Posted in a few TGs to find a place to re-sell the models I don't want, so should be breakeven on traffic
- Stopping ads until I get through the current calls, then going to re-launch with the aim of following the new process entirely so I can resell and sign faster

Quick update:
- 5 south americans keen on signing, sending contracts Monday
- 2 north americans keen on signing, sending contracts Monday
- FB/IG ads running @ $0.29 CAD per lead, trying to launch some to tier 1 countries tomorrow
- Tiktok still crushing, but moving budget towards IG/FB
- Systems from recruiting to onboarding push are nailed down, so everything up to 1st batch of content is well oiled
- Obtained a few useful methods to blast traffic quick via reddit and tiktok, looking forward to using those

Overall should have a few signed contracts by end of day Monday with the aim of 1-2 who deliver the full batch of content needed to get rolling!

Looking into getting 2 partnerships setup:
1) A Spanish speaking partner or VA to help vetting/managing models who's language barrier is kinda high - getting like 5-8/day now that are struggling with English but SUPER keen
2) A female partner to leverage for outreach and trust building, all my non-south america outreach carries some level of push back where the girls has been "scammed" before, so a female partner or ideally creator partner should solve this push back meaning even more on the recruiting end


So far looking solid to be breaking $5k collected by end of March low end.

- 2 more calls scheduled, neither confirmed yet though
- Tiktok disabled ad account, reached out to support so we'll see
- FB is now spending across NA/SA but low budget because I got over hit Sunday, still following up
- Systems from recruiting to getting traffic rolling a pretty well sorted, managing all the recruiting contact channels is a pain but getting better

Aiming at 10 contracts signed this week minimum with likely 2 delivering content so we can begin on them.

Then we'll work on the systems to increase the amount who deliver content or just the volume of contracts out.

DEFINITELY need a Spanish speaking partner. I'm 100% confident I could easily be sending 30 contracts this week if I could properly vet and communicate with all the Spanish outreach.

- 10 contracts signed of 15 out
- 2 Delivered content for batch one, 2 others replied with a timeline for it
- Started into account creation and all, finding some good and easy sources (FetLife) that are quite solid
- Started testing a reddit traffic service that posts and all for you, keen to see results
- Defining what's possible to work on that'll get the highest impact, thinking the following so far as a traffic plan that we're doing internally with the estimated aims:

1) Twitter automation on an account - mainly hashtag spam but lots of teaser content - 30-60 subs/mo aim
2) Fetlife automation + posting, working on gaming this but until then - 20 - 40 subs/mo aim
3) Pinterest automation on 3 accounts per - 20 - 40 subs/mo aim
4) Tiktok 1 main account + 2 backups using spun content - nothing month one, but 200-300 subs/mo aim after lives enabled
5) GGs x $500 per model - 750 - 850 FTL subs/mo aim

That's the plan so far, we don't have well defined methods on these other than fetlife and what we've done before on Tiktok. So VERY keen to buy methods that are WELL documented or ideally mentoring/consulting on setups so we can nail 1-2 passive channels (fetlife being one) and 1-2 hyper volume, high activity channels.

If you know any good methods, please recommend them!

I didn't mention dating as I find it heavily technically complex, but open to recommendations there if someone has a option that seems viable.

Also in need of chatters, so looking into what the best options there.

Quick update:
- 2 With content delivered still, going hard on the better looking one for getting rolling
- Accounts created for both
- 2 more influencer models with contracts out who would easy scale
- Automated fetlife 90% so I can focus on volume with it and potentially leverage it for low level potential models as well
- Reddit traffic slightly delayed due to a verification issue but worked out as of today

Working with a dev to 100% automate the growth part of this since it's hyper easy. So that could mean we can take on traffic for models for OF with it in the hundreds at a time without breaking a sweat.

Finished building the longer term plan to continue hyper scale and the path is quite well defined now. This will be what unlocks our ability to take on a model in the future and blast her earnings past 10-20k/month in a single month, which we'll likely start offering as a guarantee when we get there. But that's 4-5 months out.

As always, any recommendations please drop them.

Actively looking for JVs/partnerships/mentoring around systems, operations, processes, traffic scaling (looking for folks who can quick scale, all the better if it's paid funnels) and so on. Basically looking to 100x in every area of the agency, but primarily post-model acquisition to make sure we can easily forecast our models hitting +20k a month within 90 days.
