after a few minutes at looking at mother/child threads I think I've gained a understanding. I've noticed a few twitter pages that seem to use this method but not entirely sure on how to get started and get followers/ engagement. can anyone help or provide any tips I'll leave some links to the pages below on twitter

i'm looking for ways to grow my account like they have, i don't know where to start to get followers or likes on my tweets like those pages have.

I don’t think they are using the Mother/Child Method, I also come across these accounts all the time.

They somehow manage do get their posts to appear on the Twitter For You page using keywords and hashtags, and that gives them a lot of traffic

I tried to replicate what they do to promote my cpa offers but had no success

I just checked the accounts’ posts. They don’t seem to stuff any hashtags. Some posts are just direct web links or repost of another big account.
