Yea, unfortunately sometimes an update file gets uploaded to the wrong product. This has been resolved via your support email. What about this plugin resquested Yith Frontend Manager 1.26.0 ? Yith Multi Vendor 4.9.0, and Request a Quote 4.12.0 too please...

What's the email address you were using? I use CleanTalk to prevent bots and automated account creation programs from registering on my site, but it's been known to block legitimate users. Please send me an email or DM with your IP address and I can submit it to CleanTalk for approval.
