Lots of people did, he was hanging around the "online members" list looking for people to mass PM

This incident shows there should be limit of max messages allowed in given time frame. Under normal circumstances, no one needs to send so many PM's together.

If I were the hacker, I would have created a Telegram account + similar username (typosquatting).
