Website got hit by DMCA - 301 to a new URL question

Hope everyone is doing well.

My website, up since 2016, got hit by a DMCA notice and this is not the first time.

I had some 35 other URLs reported and delisted in 2019 but I remove those and 301 them to new URLs.
2 weeks ago submitted a counter notice for those and in progress.

Then 2 days ago 56 URLs got hit again.

Question:
I have moved my most important page to a new url and submitted indexing on SC.
I have also set a canonical tag so google wont stop the process due to google choosing a different canonical.

Will this work? how long will it take?

All my website content is super quality, seo-friendly and Core Web Vitals are all high.

what exactly was the DMCA takedown request related to? photos? writings? video?

It will reindex the page, but google will catch up your new URL and you’ll get DMCA notice again in the end. Otherwise, your competitors will report you again in case they found your pages on top 10 google search.

This part, does it mean it is google scanning me to catch me or the complainant?

The complainant is actually not a competitor of mine I think as the DMCA I got was from a big sport organization.

I did change the URL to a new one but google held the process saying "duplicate, google chose a different canonical"
I even applied a canonical tag but after 2 days nothing happened.

So last night I made a new page with new content for that page with relative keywords.
Then I 301 the old url to it. Page got indexed after 6 hrs but not yet showing on google search.

They will keep going after this no matter what you do, I think they search for certain words and get them taken down, it is possible to get around them with the way you spell or something but people who view your page will need to be able to figure out what it is, but they won't stop with takedown notices tbh. It can get to a point if they know its you each time, that they'll go further than just sending a takedown notice. PM me if you want and I may be able to help. Without charge obviously.

Chances are your new URL could also get reported as soon as it appears in the SERP

What I am going to experiment this time is that I put the new url back on index for that important page for the time being.
Meantime, I have submitted counter notice for all other newly delisted URLs.

Once those URLs are back after counter-notice is successful, I am going to 301 the new url of that important page to the previous version which was reported but back now.

I believe one party can not keep sending DMCA complaint for the same material/url again and again since they are required to file a court action.
I believe that because my competitors have had their domains for the same keyword for a very long time and without issues.
So I think they have gone through the same process.

Ok update:

Same organization reported 35 URLs of mine back in September 2022.
I did submit a counter notification and got those 35 URLs cleared now.

I want to move all URLs of that webpage to the old version which was reported by the same organization and got cleared today.
If what I have learned about this in the past 2 months is correct, same organization should not be able to DMCA-infect this URL anymore.
