I’ve dealt with suspensions and avoidance for physical products. It’s really gonna boil down to what would be the suspending factor

It’s literally that simple. You don’t get suspended unless you’re selling something off policy. Or doing something off policy.Even if it’s something vague and obscure your competition will report it and capitalize off it.

If not something wrong with your listings, is it possible you’ve had multiple accounts linked? They don’t tolerate that at all either. Check your OPSEC if you’re certain it’s not the products you’re listing.

Hey bro, I did some more research and these products are definitely your problem bro. Respectfully, I had high certainty I knew what I was talking about earlier when I had to prove I use Etsy, but now I'm 100% it's the products you are trying to list that are getting you banned. I searched Google and quickly found that these products are not allowed on Etsy or even eBay. Only physical copies are allowed on eBay. This is probably why Etsy said they 'banned you for the items you are trying to list'... You are not* meeting all their legislation.

I think that's also why there are 0 Adobe product keys and 0 Microsoft product keys listed on Etsy. I imagine you thought you found a niche here with astonishingly 0 competition, but it's a prohibited product. :/ I do highly recommend to sell digital items on Etsy. It may be a bit crowded, but with AI tools I imagine scaling to be super affordable and efficient! There are many people here making much more money than I am via Etsy and digital products in general, who could likely lend a better hand. I just wanted to let you know its 100% absolutely the products you're trying to sell, so you dont waste time or resoucres on this! Goodluck, if I can help in anyway at all feel free to reach out.


Note: I actually see 2 listings for WEindowsd keys, but the accounts have 0 sales and point to a link in the Item Description. Because its a bannable item, they cannot sell on Etsy. These are just suicide bots funneling traffic to the externl link. Not an indicator that the products are allowed. I hope I can help you save some time my friend!

Nah, it is simple, Esty doesn't ban without a proper reason, at least in my knowledge and yes, I do have accounts on Esty.
Although there are some platforms that ban you for doing nothing aside from existing lol , Redbubble for example.

I have a few questions that will help m help you.
1) are you using proxies or vpn for any reason?
2) are you located anywhere other than where your Etsy account says it’s located?
3) did you yourself create the physical product? (If you’re selling branded items you will be banned. For example, you can’t sell an Apple branded iPad case.)
4) if you are selling branded items, could you alter the listings to show they are created by a third party fulfillment company? They do allow mass produced items if the idea and design is yours. But it’s created by a third party. Think Gildan t shirts with your logo screenprinted on it.
5) Can you alter your listing to portray the product as “arts and crafts supplies”? That’s another work around for products typically not allowed. And the final work around is vintage product.
6) To clarify, it is a physical product and NOT a digital product that’s gotten you banned?
7) is that your only Etsy account?
8) does the email or notification of your suspension mention anything? Does it say what teens were violated? Does it say it’s due to products against policy?

I do not have any courses. I can find an old file i write up during Covid when I was thinking about creating a course though. I didn’t follow through bc everyone and their mother started pushing courses. I do consult for a few e-commerce entrepreneurs and brands, but won’t get further into that here at risk of thread being locked before we can get this sorted for you.
