Will a domain name on multiple Google threshold accounts blacklisted ?

Will google Blacklist my website AKA domain if I buy multiple accounts & each time spend the threshold? Have anyone experience with that ?

The same domain can keep travelling through multiple Google Ads accounts, one after another, UNTIL finally, you get to see (sometimes), something like "This domain cannot be advertised in Google Ads" or "This domain can no longer be advertised in Google Ads".

A domain can travel through (be used successfully) in multiple Google Ads accounts (account after account), (even if any on the way get suspended, by chance). However, after the approximately 12th account usage, it cannot be used further in Google Ads WHEN INCASE a message appears "You can no longer advertise this website ... blablabla").

How about mobile app installs on Google ads? Or is it mostly the case for all links?

If you get circumventing system ban once then it will be blacklisted, but you can change server and use it after 2-3 months again.
