Interested - I have a list of 5 Million emails...in how much time can i send them? how many IP's do I need to have?
Please guide as I'm completely newbie in cold emailing
Its based on the package you choose but we suggest to go with aged domain + small warmup to speed up the sending process. More details already sent to you via PM.
If any further questions please feel free to reply us back.
Thanks
Question.. how do you ensure high deliverability with a domain that has no authority and is not known with the major ISPs?
I've used sendy extensively for the past 5 years.. at first deliverability was a-ok.. then according to webmaster.google.com - the domain's reputation was being affected big time.. because the domain in use was being seen as sending mass emails and therefore SPAM
Since it's your domain sending emails, regardless of whether you're using Amazon SES etc.. the domain's reputation's always at risk.
I've had to change sending domains multiple times, but each time came up short.. I've mastered all MXtoolbox setups and continue to receive DKIM reports daily.
Mail-tester shows the content of my emails from 8/10-10/10
My question is, what sets your service apart from the commercial autoresponders like systeme.io and getresponse?
I'm not using systeme.io because at least the platform I'm using has a great reputation and my emails appear to be sent from systeme, not from my sending domain.
Why should I switch to your type of service and what benefits can I expect, considering ISPs will zap your sending domain the moment there're complaints, or simply because the domain doesn't have much authority?
Would really love to know.
--> To ensure high deliverability, we suggest that customers use third-party warm-up services. There are many options available to choose from.
--> Email panels alone typically do not cause spam issues. However, the content and subject line of your emails can trigger spam filters. This is why many customers use SPINTAX to vary the wording of their emails.
--> It's true that you need to run warm-up activities continuously to maintain a good sender reputation. If your mailer is paused or running slowly, your warm-up efforts can help recover any damage to your reputation.
--> It's not advisable to rely solely on MXtoolbox results to determine whether your emails are likely to be flagged as spam. The sender domain's reputation is the key factor in email marketing, not whether a domain is listed on MXtoolbox or similar services.
--> It's technically not possible for any warm-up company to conduct a warm-up campaign without using your SMTP. Therefore, they will require access to your SMTP settings to complete the warm-up process.
--> Our platform allows for cold mailing and bulk mailing, and we do not intervene or handle customer complaints about their emails. We also use dedicated mailers instead of shared ones, which allows customers to add their domain and warm-up their email sending for better performance as they scale up.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to send us a private message. More details have been sent to your inbox.
