You would need to bring in your own control panel like Cpanel, DirectAdmin etc.

Not sure I understand your VPS plans.
A VPS is simply a computer in your data center at specified locations where one can access ift (for a fee) remotely.. hence the need for remote Desktop access.
When I look at your plans, I'm not seeing the option to choose a region, ie.. I want US based VPS etc.

Do you offer geo located VPS services, or am I missing something?

It's been over 4 hours since I ordered my VPS and the status of the VPS shows as Pending.
Your sales page says immediately after payment.

Sorry for the inconvenience. We got your ticket and there was a technical issue in auto deployment and I have raised this with my System Admins. Have also replied to your ticket and will respond there. Thanks

We're now into the second day Op.. I still have NOT received access to the VPS. After 24 hours with no deployment, you can go ahead and cancel my service and refund.
I have a feeling this is not going to be a good experience going forward.
SO again, after 24 hours with no deployment of the VPS, you can go ahead and cancel and refund.

There's really no other way to put this.. my first impression's definitely not a good one at this stage.

I have already gone ahead and refunded you as our VPS slots were all taken for that particular plan and did explain that to you in the ticket. Again so sorry that happened. We have already marked some of the plans as out of stock now.
