That's true.
Success of restaurant relies on it taste and service actually.
He is trying to gain and attract organic audience.
 
it's the old way, the new code update giving no weightage to such businesses.
 
I know a restaurant that gives a free drink for whoever rates their business with an old gmail account. I think it's so much better in terms of SEO
