Is it not allowed to send Telegram links on BHW?

I have a https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/390-week-blueprint-proof-scalable-method-amazon-to-ebay-dropship.1478545/ with a Telegram channel that a Bot is attached to it (The bot publishes profitable Amazon to eBay dropship products)
When the client asks for access, I send him a link to the Telegram channel where the bot operates and publishes products.

The bot/BST was tested and approved by a marketplace Mod.

This is not a "group chat" but a Telegram channel. there's no option to chat in there.

So my question to BHW staff:
Is it allowed to sell Access to the Telegram bot in the BHW marketplace section? I am confused because I got a 4 months infraction for it.

OP is banned.

One cannot complain about a warning in public on the forum.

The proper steps are to ask the Mod about the warning and share your thoughts. Should nothing come of that which works for all parties then you contact support.

At no time does the warning PM say, post on the forum complaining.

To clarify the rules on Telegram:

• Links to 1-1 Telegram chats are fine.
• Telegram channels that broadcast information where the subscribers cannot interact are fine.
• Telegram groups where they can interact are prohibited.

Looking into this further, @SalvadorDale was sending links to a Telegram channel that just broadcasted the information.

This is correct. All infractions have the same message at the bottom: "If you believe this infraction was issued in error, please open a support ticket by visiting support.blackhatworld.com and we will be happy to answer your questions to the best of our abilities."

Instead of following these instructions, it appears that he went on a bit of an odd spree yesterday on the issuing-mod's profile. It's rather unfortunate as if he had simply contacted support as instructed, they would've looked into this further and confirmed it was a channel, not a group, and lifted the infraction.

To correct this statement, @SalvadorDale received a 2 week infraction for this that was automatically extended to 4 months when he made an inappropriate "joke" to a female marketplace moderator during the review process.
