No, basicly traffic from backlinks is organic as well. Direct traffic is one, that calls one of your urls directly. It's mostly bot traffic, in general - if you'r not amazon =D

Sorry, I had to edit my post, I didn't read right =D
Organic traffic is split into organic search traffic and referals in this case.

Basicly you can say, that traffic lead to you from other sources (Social Media, Search Engines, Links) is organic, it's indirect and not artifical (like ads, redirects, etc).
You can check it by the referrer, that comes with the request in general.
