Our Tiers - Basic vs Premium
Our service is available in two different tiers. The Premium Content tier is written by our top-tier authors and screened by our in-house editors. The Basic Content tier is for those on a tight budget and is meant for basic topics, the kind of content provided under this package is good enough for the search engines but may lack the oomph found in our Premium package.
The Premium Content tier is ideal for those looking for top-tier writing supplied by our most experienced and talented authors.
The Basic package costs from $0.115 per word while the Premium package costs from $0.0203 per word.
Our TAT
We have a flexible TAT policy in place. Clients get to choose how fast they'd like to have their orders processed.
Most of our orders are written, edited and delivered within 72 hours. URGENT short orders are delivered within 24 hours but at an extra cost. Non-urgent orders can be delivered within 5 days and at our base pricing rate. Bulk orders may however, take longer than 5 days to be fully delivered depending on factors such as wordcount and complexity of the topic(s).
How Much Can We Write In A Day?
Although our typical turn-around time is 3-days, bulk orders may take longer to be delivered depending on the size of the order. Our team currently has the ability to deliver 15,000 words a day but that capacity may be depleted by orders from other clients as well.
NOTE: We're scaling up fast and look forward to increasing our capacity in due course. Thank you for understanding.
Copyright
The client owns full rights to the content once the order is completed, fully accepted by the client and fully paid for. SubtleWriter will never resell or publish your content.
Bulk Orders
Bulk orders are orders exceeding 10,000 words placed at once by a single client. We do provide a 5% DISCOUNT on such. Please contact us so we can customize your discount.
Refund Policy
We have a refund policy in place. 100% refund is provided in case of duplicate payments or total failure on our part to deliver the order(s) in any form or design whatsoever within the deadline. Partial refunds may be provided for partially delivered orders. All refunds are provided within reason. PLEASE NOTE: Refunds will only be done using the payment information you provided during order placement.

I was lucky enough to receive a review copy of @Konyagi 's services. I gave them a review/informational article outline with requests such as what tone to use and longtail keywords to keep in mind. They hit every point I'd included, and gave me a lovely flowing review/overview of the product range I specified, with well-researched points and engaging language used. It passed all the plagiarism checks, and has good readability scores. TAT was a couple of days (over a weekend).

The seller took time to understand the topic, and then came up with a well researched content
The content was exactly as I wanted it to be
The only thing he could change is the delivery, maybe use a doc via email that’s a better way.
Besides that I run the content for plagrism it passes it. So overall this was nice content delivered.

Hi, thanks for your review & feedback. Just to clarify, we normally send free review copies via PM. The idea is to keep all correspondence on BHW for possible follow up. That said, we'll definitely consider your suggestion going forward

2. well research, at least for my niche(kitchen)
3. worth the money $1.15/100 words
