As for the depth, the free copy offer was limited to 500-words which was not exactly enough to cover all the tiny details of the wonderful product you provided us with. We usually go more in-depth when more wordcount is available.

For the delivery format, we do use word file for all paid orders. As for free copies, you can always PM us your email address and we'll email the copy to you as an attachment.

It was well written and structured and passed the duplicate content checker.

Content was informative, grammatically correct, and ready to publish.

As other reviewers have mentioned, because it was free there was not enough content to go in depth but I am pretty sure that could be resolved in the paid version.
