High Level Blackhat Technics I Didn't Know Before

Technics 1:

1. I found a new blackhat technics on Google, may be it is loophole on Google, someone uses high authority (high PR) website which they hacked, and copy our website homepage content, hiding only Googlebot can see, when it is indexed by Google, this high authority website will replace our website ranking on Google, high authority website can confuse Google to judge my website is copy content website, activate duplicate content rule (canonical website rule), that is interesting seo technics.

2. After that replace finish, because use hiding content for Googlebot only, whatever report Google DMCA or Cloaking and so on, they are all fail. Hacker use this to redirect to their illegal website. We report to Google, Google igonore and not take any action.

3. Above replace ranking technics last 2 years, but still working on attacking our websites, we lost a lot, we don't have any ways to solve.

If anyone know how to aovid this technics attacking, please tell us, thanks


Technics 2:
After 2 years research, whatever we hide the content for Google only, but hacker use Google live test (Google mobile tool or rich results tool) to check our content and copy, we found some competitors can solve above attack, but we don't know the technics details, I will describe competitors technics as below:
1. Use Google live test (Google mobile tool or rich results tool) to see the content not be indexed on Google, but Google can index the hiding content.
2. Make noarchive for cache, can not see the Google cache.
3. Remove the competitor website content via Google remove outdated content tool, Status: Approved, but not affect any on meta description on Google search result page, that is very weird.
4. Even Google live test (Google mobile tool or rich results tool) show me 5xx erorr, but competitor website still can index by Google, very confused.
5. Because Google live test can not check the real content, and disable Google cache, hide real content for Googlebot only, but how can do that: Google live test (Google mobile tool or rich results tool) show me 5xx erorr, or show the wrong content.
6. At first we guess competitors can identify Google crawl bot, but Google live test inspect tool bot is the same as Google crawl bot. Confused.

5xx errors are most likly server errors. The mobility friendly test gets it pretty often, I guess, search engines are crawling the shit out of their servers. Sometimes, the tool just failes for a timeframe. The bot returns after some time and will index the site.
But all in all, the mobility friendlyness test sends forces a real bot on an url, this is basicly not detectable. And they would throw some 4xx error on userview content for google bot - like 403 or st.

Yeah, the main page seems to get blocked - perhaps they only allow googlebot there once a day or st. Don't know - subpages are working, though:
