I think there should be no fuss around posting viral content, but to keep things unique it's best to focus on creating unique content.

Actually not,there can be so many cases where company or any individual need to post the same posts in their account and their company account so i don't think anything wrong with that

I didn't say it will harm, I said it's not a good idea.
I will always do the safest thing when it comes to Instagram, especially if the accounts are important to me.
I don't see why anyone would go for posting the same content at the same time from the same device.
It seems like a bad idea to me.
There shouldn't be any issue with that, just make sure to prefer using different hashtags for them, otherwise it might look a bit spammy to peeps who'll be visiting via hashtags.

2 might be ok but bulk can be a problem, it triggers issue, gets deleted, account gets locked.
You have to post unique content to be safe.

most if not all sm sites like twitter facebook insta ect dont care about
repeat content being posted, you might not get the same traction as
previous postings though.
