Ask the panel of proofs of how it worked for other channels in past.

This 'Premium high DA' thing has nothing to do with You Tube channel. This terms relates to the website ranking, but has nothing to do with a You Tube channel.

Beware, you may end up spending money for something that you don't need.

Instead, try searching some useful threads in this forum and educate your self about how to start and grow a You Tube channel.

No - YouTube is it's own algorithm, search does provide some good traffic within the YT ecosystem, however viral and big videos are all about the video content, click through rate of the thumbnail, view duration and more.

They are scamming you. You should not buy anything from that panel. There are many good panels listed on BHW that you can try and get the desired services.
