When we look at the trading heatmap, we see that the big whale order at 26k has stopped for a long time. So it doesn't lift the order to prevent the price from going down. But both large and medium whales have stopped buying. Only the small investor is buying.

They want that people holding cash put their money into stocks or crypto in fear of banks crashing.

There were always stablecoins rumors befor major bitcoin crash so the crowd would move into that asset and get rekkt by the professionals

You are contradicting yourself though with that statement. They want to prevent "bank run" because the banks don't have the money. "People" have no money because of spending and are scared to invest in stocks, and crypto is a niche.
