How to Added link attachment on facebook comment??

I want to how they Added link attachments in the Facebook post comment section. any expert can help to get it? here screenshot
When I try to comment then shows me my URL but his comment URL is hidden but the link attach. how its possible? please help me to how can I comment like him??

when you use a restricted link you won't be able to comment on the post

I know but my link does not block link or restricted

try going into your page settings in settings, and enable comments to show up on posts
