In fact, the scheme works on Midjourney server as well
Just start from opening an incognito window and enter the invite url to Midjourney server, then do as op described (enter some nickname and such)
In case you re asked for verification - change VPN and start all over, usually works for me

And how you will find all those images when incognito account reaches its limit? Will search in midjounery server by your prompts? On your own server all pictures and prompts are collected in one place, that is why your own server is better.

You can just save them to your PC as well

Yes you can save all jpg to PC and all prompts to txt and then you can upload all jpg from PC to google disc and then create a google sheet where linked jpg with prompts , yes you can

Since I cannot use OP's method (Discord required me to verify).
I found another similar method on YT shorts that does not require a VPN or anti-tracking browser.
I then combined this method with OP's dedicated server method.

1. Copy your dedicated server invitation link.
2. Log out of your Discord desktop app (Don't close your Discord desktop app (you will need it soon))
3. Open the browser in incognito mode
4. Paste & enter the invite link to the browser
5. Go to your discord app
6. Enter username, Birth date (>13yrs old)

So instead of login Discord thru your bowser, you login to your desktop app.

Actually you don't need incognito mode. When you are on Discord website, just click on lock icon near Address bar, select Cookies and remove them. Then reopen your invite link and create new account
