No, it's not that easy to detect.
The detectors at most times even detect human written content as AI so they can't be trusted.
But there are multiple ways to bypass the detectors.
My most used 2 ways are:

1. Run the output through quillbot or multi translate using gtranslate.
2. Add some instructions to input prompt to bypass the detectors. (My favorite).

That leaves human detection. Any smart person can detect AI content by simply reading it, so I guess that's the only way online publishers can rely on.
