Payoneer closed my account

I got my account closed 5 months ago too and i have been receiving money on Payoneer for like 5 years or so! They sent back my last pending payments to the senders and that's it. Now i moved to Wise.. way more professional and flexible than them.

You have never retrieved your funds? was it alot?

I was withdrawing my money weekly (As i always do) since i don't trust anyone with my money... so the only stuck money in there were $2000 from two networks but it wasn't approved it was pending. I asked for them to reject the payments and to close my account and this is exactly what happened.

You can file complaints through 3rd parties like bbb.org etc. there are several cases that I have seen that are actually gets resolved and even permanently banned accounts get lifted, it’s what I know for paypal.

I have just realised that 99% of payment i received were from either my personal wise account or paypal account which means its all my money and they claim they will hold money for 3months until " they refund a dispute " they are so dumb , i thought about using 3rd parties to complaint, i'll give them 1 week if no answer i will do so

They closed my account with a lot of money couple of months ago....they let me to withdraw the funds.

Also, on my payoneer I never received any payments from other persons just some CPA company thats all still got suspended for some reason.

But I had no money on it at that time luckily

Do it!!!! don't leave your money there, use it a gateway to get paid but never keep them there!

Sad to hear that, althought i spoke with some people who were able to get their money, fingers crossed i can be able to do so too

i have been using it since 2016 and suddenly they closed my account with all the funds inside, i called them but all i get is " i cant provide info, it was due to not complying to our terms ".

Anyone had the same issue & managed to get his account back, any help will be much appreciated please?

same thing happened to me few months ago , there is no way to re active the account even talking with payoneer team, best way to email them and ask the withdrawal, i did the same, after that they allow me to log and do the withdrawal

I could care less about the account now, i just need my life savings out from there, can you help me with the steps you followed to be able to withdraw my money, did you wait 3 months to ask for your funds?

I was VIP, had a private manager. He solved everything for me. I got the money for 2 weeks
